The event designers are characterized by passion, change, and continuous development. What began as a simple idea in 2000 has now developed into an established brand in the field of promotion, POS marketing, and events – with a nationwide presence and a broad network of partners.
OUR STORY

The Beginnings: Happy Hollywood
It all began in 2000, when Stefan Schröder rented out his first bouncy castle and lovingly organized children's parties, community events, and promotional campaigns under the name Happy-Hollywood. With passion and creativity, the small event agency quickly grew into a sought-after partner for events in Hamburg and beyond.
Whether at the children's festival in Bergedorf or on nationwide tours – Happy-Hollywood stood for colorful experiences, games & fun and professional implementation.

Fusion & Realignment: The Event Designers
In 2017, an important step followed: the merger of Happy-Hollywood with the company Die Gestalter Brinkmann GmbH & Co. KG under the former management of Hartmut Brinkmann, whose company history dates back to the 1990s.
The designers Brinkmann brought in deep know-how in the areas of event decoration, rental plants, technical equipment and furnishings – and significantly expanded the service portfolio.
The combination of creative event design and functional equipment became the trademark of the new company
"The Event Designers".
Change and new paths
At the same time, long-time partner Morten Hudoffsky from Morten's Eventservice took over the event equipment such as bouncy castles, bull riding, etc., as well as the former location in Hamburg-Bergedorf on Kirchwerder Hausdeich.
In 2022, Stefan Schröder finally opened a completely new chapter and opened a hotel garni in Haffkrug-Scharbeutz on the Baltic Sea.
The event designers thus said goodbye to the classic event business.


Reorientation: The event designers as a brand of LCe
Already during this transition period, initial discussions took place with the long-standing technology partner Henrik Endres, Managing Director of
LCe Light Control Eventtechnik GmbH.
In August 2023 the decision was finally made:
The event designers live on – as an independent brand of
LCe Light Control Eventtechnik GmbH.
Since then, the focus has been clearly on promotion, POS marketing and nationwide campaign formats.
Since then, the operational business has been managed by Nick Welz (Head of Promotion & Event) and Stefanie Peters (Office Manager). The team has a high level of expertise in managing new store openings, sales campaigns, roadshows, and eye-catching promotional formats throughout Germany.
